A self-trained chef and food photographer, Angela Liddon has spent years perfecting the art of plant-based cooking, creating inventive and scrumptious recipes which have brought her devoted fans from all around the globe. After fighting an eating disorder for ten years, Angela vowed to change her diet - and her life - forever. She traded the low-calorie, processed food she'd been living on for whole, nutrient-packed vegetables, fruits, nuts, whole grains, and more. The result? Her energy soared, she healed her relationship with food, and she got her glow back, both inside and out. What exactly are you struggling finding? Just off the most notable of my head, I'd say some essentials for vegan baking are the following: Nut or soy milk, Silken Tofu, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, flaxseed meal to name a few. I'm thinking these should be fairly easy to find anywhere nowadays. Let me know if you were looking for something specific!

I mean, I LOVE overt health food, but if someone explained these were going to give me a doughnut and they gave me one of those, I would be annoyed. Don't get me wrong, they are good, as little fluffy balls of chia-studded dough go, but they aren't doughnuts. Words have meanings. I'm ju I love this cookbook and I use recipes from her blog () several times weekly. Fantastic healthy food and beautiful photography.vegan recipes easy

Liddon, a former child development researcher, struggled for a long time with an eating disorder. This companion cookbook to her popular vegan recipe blog, Oh She Glows (), documents her journey to a wholesome life and combines 75 new recipes with 25-plus new and improved reader favorites. Liddon's authentic voice and candidly shared successes will motivate nonvegans to try healthy recipes such as effortless vegan overnight oats (made with chia seeds and homemade almond milk), Eat Your Greens Detox Soup, and Classic Green Monster (a kale and banana-based smoothie). You can tell which recipes are gluten-, soy-, nut-, and sugar-free, but none include nutrition information. VERDICT For most vegan collections.

This quick and easy chilli is incredibly versatile, I put it to use as a jacket potato filling, in fajitas or tacos, with rice and guacamole for a Mexican feast, or scooped up in a small number of tortilla chips for a speedy lunch.
